Who are the Doyle's?

Matt is a physical education teacher & Kim an elementary school teacher and together they have two beautiful daughters.   Matt grew up in Wall and Kim grew up in Howell. Together, they have lived in Wall, Brick and now back to Howell where they are hoping to stay for a long time.

The Doyles love being outside.  During the summer months they can always be found on the beach or riding their bikes through their neighborhood.   During the winter months the girls keep the Doyles busy with Dance and gymnastics, this is how they enjoy family time.

Why did you decide to sell?

"We decided to sell because we needed a bit more space inside and out.  We wanted a playroom for the girls and since we love being outside a pool would be in our future."

Why did you use Sue Loveland?

"We used Sue because she was our neighbor and friend.  We'd seen first-hand how hard she works to sell and help people find their next home that there was no one else we'd list our home with".

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet enim. Etiam ullamcorper.

What surprised you most about the buying & selling process?

"We were surprised by how fast the process went.  Within a week of listing our home, it was under contract.  With Sue's help, we also found the house we were going to buy soon after that."

Best part of your selling and buying experience?

"The best part of our buying and selling process was most definitely working with Sue!  We never worried about anything.  She was always on top of everything that we needed to do.  She made herself available for any questions we had along the way and gave great advice throughout the process.  She definitely had our best interest at heart."

Most challenging part of buying & selling at the same time?

"The most challenging part of the buying and selling process at the same time was packing and figuring out what to do with all of our stuff.  The house we purchased needed our own personal touches so we decided to live with my parents for a couple of months rather than try to live through construction with two small children.  It was difficult seeing what stuff we'd need to take with us and what stuff could be packed away.  It was definitely stressful but well worth it in the end."

Doyles Top Buying Tip:

"Our best buying tip would be to make sure you like the location and property of your new home.  Everything else can be changed.  We loved the friendly neighborhood where we purchased our new home, but the home didn't quite meet everything on our wishlist.  However, we were able to change a few things in the home to make it ours.. We even added a playroom for our daughters and we are currently in the process of putting a pool.  We couldn't be happier!!"
